The term 'us', 'our' or 'we' refers to Head Start Design. The term 'you' refers to the customer or user of our applications.

This policy covers our our VR applications, including Jigsaw 360, Breath Tech, Dimensional, The Relentless and 120 Hz.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 08 July 2024.

Our applications may collect data such as your username, user id, profile information and avatar details. This information is used locally in the application to provide your experience.

If you contact us directly for support we may store your contact information (name, email) and details you provide to us (devices owned, problem reports).

Data is used to notify the service provider (e.g. Meta) of any achievements earned in the application and to verify ownership of the application and to provide functionality in the application such as avatars.

Information provided to us for support purposes is only used to help rectify any issues identified.

We do not share any information with third parties.

Our applications do not collect any personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

You can request your data be deleted at any time by emailing brett@headstartdesign.co.uk.
